Peak Primary Care

I have been a patient at Peak Primary Care for the past 7-8 months, and I must say, it has been an incredible experience. I started coming here at the recommendation of my best friend, and I am glad that I did. The entire office is tastefully done, and the decor is welcoming. The front desk staff and medical assistants are helpful and always remember their patients, which adds to the personalized experience.

However, what truly stands out about my experience at Peak Primary Care is Chelsea, my primary care practitioner. She is empathetic, compassionate, and incredibly perceptive. Chelsea listens attentively and explains why she recommends certain tests or medications, which makes me feel more informed and empowered in making decisions about my health.

I recently had an aesthetic filler procedure done by Chelsea, and I am so pleased with the results. She did an amazing job and took great care to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process as it was my first time getting any injectable done.

Overall, I cannot recommend Peak Primary Care and Chelsea enough. She has not only improved my health but my overall quality of life. If you are looking for a primary care office that is personalized, attentive, and provides exceptional care, look no further than Peak Primary Care.

I just finished up a clinical rotation with Chelsea as her nurse practitioner student and I know she is one of the absolute best practitioners I have seen working thus far. I've been a Registered Nurse in hospital, outpatient, and home health and know when a practitioner is not at their top level, but she definitely is. I highly recommend her and know she'll take great care of you and yours just like they were her own.

Chelsea is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for approximately for 6 years. When I found out she was opening her own practice I followed her no questions asked. Chelsea is an amazing NP. She listens and truly takes that information in and tells you what she is thinking. She explains what labs and imaging she wants to do and why. She is just as invested in your health as you are. She is amazing. So much so my entire family sees her now. I’d like to mention I’m a nurse and so is my SIL who also sees her. Chelsea is amazing. Her clinic space is beautifully designed, clean and welcoming. Her staff are personable and professional. I could honestly not recommend a better primary care physician than Chelsea.

Chelsea Bohac is amazing. She truly cares about our health and always listens to our concerns. She never makes us feel rushed, but takes time to listen, answer questions and offer recommendations and solutions. She is personable, knowledgeable and caring. We won't go anywhere else.

The staff was kind and friendly. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Chelsea took time to really listen to my needs and concerns. She asked several questions to get a complete picture of my health situation. I appreciate when health professionals actually care about their patients.
