Pearland Bicycles

I had an opportunity to visit Pearland Bicycles last weekend to have Daryl install an oversized pulley wheel and Carbon Fiber handlebar on my Carbon Fiber road bike. Daryl spent several hours installing both items perfectly. The amount of professionalism and detail that was used to install these items was amazing. Every detail, even the smallest was considered including making recommendations and advice along the way. This type of service is beyond anything that I have ever experienced anywhere when handling my bike. I recommend Pearland Bicycles to everyone. You will never be disappointed with the staff nor the quality of their work.

Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me as I picked out the perfect bike for my reentry back into biking. He advised me on how to care for my new ride and had the bike ready when promised. It was a great experience from start to finish

Went with a buddy to get a bike for his sons birthday and get some more knowledge for myself. Greg was super knowledgeable and felt like I could chat with him all day about biking. Greg showed me bikes they had in the shop and all the features you could get. We also went online to look at nore info and found the color of my liking and the perfect setup bike for me since I’m 6’6. Ended up leaving there purchasing a bike, learning about where trails are and quite a bit of knowledge for when I get deeper into this new hobby.

It has been 20 years since I bought a bicycle. Although I did some research on the computer, I had a lot of questions about styles and components. The staff at Pearland Bike shop was extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and showed me the difference in bike components. As with many shops, their stock was limited, but they assisted me in ordering a Giant bike on line, with delivery to their shop. They were great!

Top notch customer service here. The staff made me feel extremely welcome. Even let me ride a few bikes to help with my decision. Spend 45 minutes with sales staff going over each bike I was interested in with in-depth knowledge until I found the one I liked, the Specialized Rock hopper Expert. Thanks guys for the hospitality.
