They took the time to troubleshoot the problems and help us to decide the most cost-efficient resolution. They are honest and reliable and we will always use them if ever another appliance breaks!

Edward immediately responded and came out the next morning on his day off. Tried first solution and checked in daily on the status. Tried the second and final solution and even went a step further to finalize a successful repair! This guy is knowledgeable, extremely responsive and fair!

Edward was very professional and did a great job getting our washer up and running in a timely manner. Will definitely use his services again!

(September 9, 2022, 11:57 am)I highly recommend Penny. When I had some issues with my washer I called Penney. Edward came out and fixed it. I haven’t had any problems since. This time my dryer quit working. Penny is the first thing I thought of. Again, he came right out and fixed it.
This is an excellent value!
