Pointe of Grace Dance Studio

My daughter is starting her 3rd year with Pointe of Grace and she loves it! She has grown so much in dance technique with POG. The Directors and Instructors truly care about the dancers and encourage the students to continue to challenge themselves weekly. My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her Competition Team experience-making lasting friendships and learning to compete gracefully.

Pointe of Grace brings out the best in the little dancers and instills confidence. When my daughter started Ballet/Tap at Pointe of Grace about 4 years ago, she was a very shy little girl and would often need someone to stay with her or hold her hand. The teachers were so attentive, encouraging and patient with her. After a few weeks of attending POG, dance quickly became her favorite thing to do. She looks forward to going to class and learning new steps and techniques and sharing her dance moves with the family. Thank you Pointe of Grace. We love all your wonderful staff.

My daughter really enjoys her ballet class and teachers. She always comes out of class excited, full of dance vocabulary, and ready to show me all of her new technique. I trust Pointe of Grace to be a Godly influence in my daughter’s life. All staff members are always very friendly, helpful, and positive towards my daughter and I. Our whole family is looking forward to another wonderful recital in May.

My child has been taking various styles of dance from Pointe of Grace Dance Studio for three years. As a dancer myself, it is important to me that my child has fun, learns good technique and learns to love dance in an age appropriate way. Pointe of Grace Dance Studio continues to impress me and continues to nurture my child's love of dance. The teachers are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Each teacher has her/his own love of dance which can be seen and felt by students and parents. Pointe of Grace Dance Studio went above and beyond to make my child feel included and to continue quality dance education during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Teachers and staff are often very busy and studio observation space can be limited, but I have found that if you are positive, courteous and respectful (as one should always be) any issue you may have will be quickly and kindly resolved. We moved to this studio after being with another for several years. My daughter was nervous about the new environment but the POG owners, staff and other parents made us feel so welcome and really embraced us into their dance family.

I love how their lessons are structured. Dancers get time at the barre, on the floor, partner work, and solo work. The diversity in lesson structure helps to keep things exciting especially for the little ones. I also love how they spend time at the end of the class to reflect on what they’ve learned. I appreciate the enforcement of a classic ballet dress code and modesty when leaving the studio.

Finally, the owners are very organized and efficient in the way they communicate pertinent information to parents. With my daughter being on the competition team, effective communication is essential and I’m so glad POG is very transparent and organized.
