Promenade Healthcare

This was my first visit. First, let me say that I'm super nervous when I go to the doctor. I have anxiety and I'm in a near panic mode when I'm on my way to the doctor. I hate having bloodwork done because sometimes I faint and/or vomit. And this is just a regular checkup for me. I was so happy Promenade could get me in within a week. (Most places I checked are scheduling for Jan. 😠) I get there and the receptionist welcomes me with a smile & good morning. Hands me my paperwork to complete. Takes me in to weigh & pee in a cup. And then she introduces herself as Dr. Azizi Aubert. How wonderful! I love that the first friendly person I meet in this new doctor's office is the doctor herself. She's so personable, let me know what she was doing at each step, asked me about my concerns, and listened. She drew blood, but first asked me if I fainted while drawing blood. Firstly, doctors don't draw blood; that's the nurses' job. Secondly, no one's ever asked me if I fainted while drawing blood. She was really attentive when I told her I do sometimes vomit & faint. She made sure I was settled before continuing. I actually didn't fainted or vomit, thank goodness. You don't know how happy I am to have had such a pleasant visit. I usually cry in my car afterwards (yes, I know I'm a big baby), but this time, I'm sitting g here writing this review instead. Yay! Also, I didn't wait but 10 mins before I got in the room. I was the only one there at 9am. My bloodwork results will be in in 2-3 days. And I was out by 9:40. Definitely coming back here.

I Love how Dr. Aizi engages with the patient and is informative on what she knows, she makes you feel really comfortable, to open up and tell her your personal buisness and leave nothing out, to better help you with your concerns, Total Safe Zone🥰

She’s amazing! Down to earth, listens to me and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr.Aubert is great!

Dr Azizi was excellent, bed side manners were awesome and she made me feel very comfortable. Today was my first visit and it felt like I had been knowing her for years. She is very warm and knowledgeable. I can't forget how fast they were, I can't recall the last time I was in and out of the doctor's office with lab work included less than an hour. I definitely will be referring more friends and family to her. She is definitely needed and necessary. Keep up the good work Dr. Azizi, you've got yourself a long term patient for sure!

Best. doctors. visit. ever! If you are looking for someone that is personable, caring, relatable and takes their time listening to you, Dr. Johnson-Aubert will exceed your expectations! She is an awesome doctor and pretty cool person. She is a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much Dr. for making me feel heard. I'm already making recommendations to everyone I know.
