Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his role. He recommended the unit size for the items I needed stored. I am pleased to know that it is temperature controlled and he offered me a current special for my first month being a dollar. Thank you so much!

JD was very nice in her delivery of some not so great news. She also helped me to get back into my account, effectively explained a few changes the company was making and provided me with some extra help :). JD is the best!

David has been wonderful to work with, very responsive and personable. We also absolutely love our regular caregivers, they treat my mom like she’s their mom. All have been very caring, gentle and competent, we’d be lost without them.

Although SH staff have encountered push-back, you have been persistent to find the right fit and the right solution to provide care and support services for my parents. To say that you have given me peace of mind, so that I don't have one MORE thing to think about and be concerned about my parents and their ability to care for themselves and/or each other, is a statement of appreciation that exceeds words. My four sisters and I were understandably anxious about finding a companion for our elderly mother who is in assisted living in Richmond. We all live in other cities across the country and we needed someone caring and consistent on a daily basis to help our 93 year old mother with making phone calls to family, getting her hair done, and moving around. The staff at Senior Helpers exceeded all our expectations. They were willing to handle the entire process by phone and email and they thought of every detail. Within less than 24 hours they had identified a caregiver who was a good fit and she started immediately. My mother likes her and my sisters and I are impressed. Arissa in the office was very responsive from the very start, and David Chan, the director, made sure every need was met in a rapid and professional manner. We are lucky we found Senior Helpers for our mother.

I cannot recommend David and his staff highly enough: he visited us on a Sunday morning, and the following Tuesday he sent a sweet young lady to stay with my mother-in-law while we were at work. I was impressed with both the fact that he came out to visit us on a weekend and that he sent a kind and capable person to us. Will certainly recommend to anyone with a loved one who requires assistance.

I been working for senior helpers for two months Ly and Sarah are very helpful and understanding I love how they give us the opportunity to voice things that we could change. I love the company and our team.  Ly is very helpful through any concerns I had she was right there. Sarah is really awesome don't rush and willing to show you over and over if you need her..... from the first day I met Ly and Sarah they became family.... I would recommend any one to come work or to consider us to care for your family member... where your family become ours.
