(December 12, 2022, 10:21 pm)I hate having to pay this bill, but the location that I went to to pay it, gave me a very pleasant experience. I unintentionally went just before the store closed and Drell was so kind to me and even gave me information that I had inquired about not only for the store she was working, but also for other stores. Drell was patient, kind, and went above and beyond her work duties. I hate having to need a storage unit outside of my current living space, but Drell has made it a bit easier and because of such I will continue to use this business for my storage needs.

I mean she actually worked outside her working hours on a Saturday to ensure I got my boxes back. I truly can’t thank her enough. She’s truly heaven sent. This location is blessed to have her.
