(March 10, 2023, 7:48 am)This place is pretty amazing for anyone interested in traditional Japanese Karate. My 9 year old has been going here for around 4 months now and she loves it. Sensei is very accommodative and makes sure students get enough time.
You need to work hard to move up here, nothing is given. Discipline and Hard work is encouraged and appreciated, and Sensei is always willing to provide additional help as needed. -

(February 6, 2019, 9:00 pm)This is an excellent traditional Karate school. My 6yo son has been attending for half a year, and I was so impressed that I recently joined as well. There are adult classes during the week, which is great for people trying to start a new practice or get back into it.
I recommend this place for anyone regardless of age. For kids it's a very good mix exercise and discipline, teaching them to focus, try their best, and face challenges head-on. For adults, it's a great way to exercise, earn a skill, and let your mind reset its focus and relieve stress. -

The school atmosphere is very encouraging and professional at the same time, cultivates an environment of personal growth, respect , physical and mental strength and learning. My kids're showing an increase in confidence and self-esteem. The instructors are very passionate about karate , the school and their students. This dojo is a great place for boys and girls as well as for adults. The only real Japanese style karate place in Katy. Highly recommended.

Sensei has a deep appreciation of the history of Traditional Japanese Karate and is able to teach very well to the level of the student. Focus on health, positive attitude and growth long-term. Highly recommended for both adults and children!
