(July 30, 2020, 5:45 pm)Stayed here about 11 months. It has shower/bathrooms, laundry room (coin operated), and manager office. The water, sewer, trash, electric, and WiFi are all included in the price. Our 30amp camper cost us $365/month, but $25 extra with more than 2 adults. People here are friendly and haven’t had any problems. Laundry Room is mostly clean depends on who used it last. It is close to the train and some highway noise. They tried to fill potholes awhile back, but they are getting bad again because of all the rain. Office manager is really nice and takes care of your mail. The location is close to shopping (Aldi, Kroger and H-E-B).

(February 18, 2018, 1:13 pm)I lived here 7 years ago and it was a great place to live for that time management would work with me on the last month when I was late on my rent they they have about a dozen nice cabins in the back highly recommend
