He takes his time and he gets it right. David has tried many cases and is certified in appellate law. David’s expertise in civil procedure is unparalleled, and this alone can make or break a case, regardless of the merits. He is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, as well as all Texas courts. He has appeared pro hac vice around the United States and has experience in international fora as well.
