Doctor Smith was amazing with my dog. She checked her out, made her diagnosis, and answer all my questions, even later after I call to ask more questions, she was very nice and sympathetic to my dog's cause. Everyone in the office and the vet techs were amazing and appreciate every single one of them for their kindness.

Dr Collins and Shadow Creek Veterinary Clinic have always been stellar. From caring for my puppy babies for over a decade, suggesting affordable solutions and giving great tips. They are always responsive to questions and treat the puppies with so much love and kindness. I appreciated their support when a member of our family after 12 years, we couldn’t have gotten through it w/o them.

Very friendly and reasonable cost of care. Dr. Collins called and took time to talk to me about my dogs condition and care. He didn’t seem rushed or too busy to chat for a few extra seconds about my concerns or questions. He was very knowledgeable and had excellent bedside manner. The front desk staff was also very friendly and took the time to explain all the costs and fees BEFORE treatment.

Each time I come to Shadow Creek Vet, my kids are treated like they are the only ones there being seen. I have a very busy work schedule and they always accommodate to make it easy. I have been using Dr. Collins for 11 years. His attention, compassion, and just a good guy, has kept me coming back knowing that he and his staff are always there for the best care for my kids. Dr. Franks and Dr. LaBrenz are also my kids care givers. All the staff; Nancy, Audrey, Ryan and the rest of the gang are all so wonderful. I would not trust anyone else with the well-being of my fur babies.

My fur baby just loves Shadow Creek veterinarian Clinic. Dr. Collins is the best. His staff is wonderful and the know how to take care of your fur baby. You must make and appointment with them. You will not be disappointed. My girl has been seeing him for 10 years.
