I recently had the pleasure of visiting a dental office with exceptional customer service and a doctor who truly cares about his patients. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease. The receptionist Conney was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain the office procedures.

As I was
escorted to the exam room, I was introduced to the dental assistant who was equally as friendly and accommodating. She took the time to explain the procedures to me, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

The dentist Dr. Tuam was exceptional. Not only did he take the time to explain his findings, but she also showed a genuine passion for his work. He answered all of my
questions and made sure that I understood everything that was happening during
the exam.

I also want to mention that the dentist's office was sleek and modern, with state-of-the-art technology that made my dental experience even better. The exam room was equipped with the latest tools and equipment, which made the process smooth and efficient.

In addition, the office was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The comfortable chairs and calming atmosphere made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. It was clear that the dentist and his staff take pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure that their patients have a positive experience.

Overall, the combination of exceptional customer service, a caring and passionate dentist, and a sleek and high-tech office made for a truly exceptional experience. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental office and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care.

Amazing office, super modern and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and I love the patient rooms with dual TVs to watch Netflix.

Dr. Tuan Pham is extremely friendly, informative and attentive. He did a thorough job explaining to me my dental health issues and possible solutions moving forward with itemized breakdown of costs and coverage.

I cannot begin to say how happy I am that we chose this place! I had a not so great experience with my childhood dentist so I was really hoping I would find a place that was different. I did!! The owner and his sister were so amazing and sweet. Very gentle on just a regular cleaning unlike what I grew up with. When explaining to my husband and I what we were going to need they both made sure to go into detail and answer any questions that we had with the absolute best attitude. 12/10 recommend this place over and over again. So happy to be a new lifelong client of theirs!

We had a great experience with Dr. Tuan. He got us in quickly, cleaning was very thorough. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of brand new technology in the office. He also cleaned both my children’s teeth (3 and 1) and was so patient with them. There is a TV on the ceiling to watch during cleaning- my kids loved it. We will be making him our family’s regular provider- would definitely recommend.

Dr. Tuan is the best! I’ve never had a dentist be so accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, and polite! He explained my X-rays with great detail, answering my questions all along with impressive expertise. He went over different problems with my mouth, explaining what caused the problems, what I could expect to happen with those problems, and possible treatments. He even discouraged some treatments as they were extremely unlikely to help my teeth out in the long run. And then I received the most thorough cleaning of my life, including the use of fancy modern tools that I’d never even heard of before.

This is a dentist’s office that seriously cares about their patients’ well-being. I’m moving my children’s care to Dr. Tuan and have been telling everyone I know to go check out Simply Smile. You’ve got to check it out. Thanks for everything, Dr. Tuan!
