Good location, great service. Jonathan was very professional and helpful. Really liked the breakfast choices, checkout time at 12, access to gym and pool. As a family of 4, also needing a wheelchair accessible room, we were very pleased with our stay, and will definitely reserve again when we’re in the area. 5 stars!!!

I was very impressed with the service from this Houston hotel. This is one of the nicest and friendliest staffed choice hotels in Houston. Everyone should try this once and see their customer service from the staff.

The rooms are always very clean. I go there often when I visit Houston. The location is near many restaurants and Target. Now I see there will be a CVS soon. Also there is a theater very very close. You can walk there. The staff is nice too.

My family and I were traveling for a vacation trip. Our vehicle started having transmission issues about an hour north of Houston. We drove very slow late at night so we could get a hotel and find a mechanic in the morning. We arrived to Houston at 6am. Many hotels would not take us because they don't allow check in at that time of day. A hotel employee from another hotel we tried to go to had helped call around and found this hotel that said they would take us. By the time we arrived to the hotel and checked in this was at 8am. We started our travels 6am the previous day. We were exhausted, desperate for a few hours of sleep before dealing with finding a mechanic. We had our children with us. This hotel was very kind and accommodating to check us in at a time that many others wouldn't! The staff was friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back here! The room was comfortable! It's nice to find places that work with people when you are in a stressful situation!
