I have lived on property for 1 year now going on 2 years. From my 1st day up too today Ms Sandy has been my go too she is the best she has help me on many occasions. I know I can count on her.. if you are of an apartment and looking to lease here ask for Ms Sandy you won’t be disappointed.. honestly every one in office are great and will help you to the fullest. Maintenance team are absolute the best to. They do wonders when it come to fixing any problems in your home no long waiting..

I’ve lived at Marquis on Park Row for several years now. The maintenance department always responds to my service requests promptly. Roger Meadows is the manager and he is very helpful and courteous. He even drops off my packages at my door if they’re ever left at the leasing office.

Both Nathalia and Sandy have been super super sweet and very helpful since the first time I wanted to get a tour. Which was almost two years ago. I came back again once I was ready, moved in and everything has been going smoothly! Questions and concerns answered, via Email and in person. At first I was overwhelmed, but knowing I have them two, and the rest of the crew around , I have felt comfortable and at ease. Everyone has been super nice to me and I’m glad I chose The Marquis Apartments to live in. It’s peaceful…(weekends can be noisy at times, top golf street is next door lol) but if you’re like me, I don’t mind it and keep going with my business. Thanks So much Nathalia and Sandy for everything y’all do!

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Marquis on Park Row. Their location is perfect, it is walking distance to Top Golf and close to I-10! My kids enjoy their pool in the summertime! The office staff is excellent, and Roger is always so patient with my mom who has Alzheimer.

I always experience the best service at Marquis on Park Row. The Property Manager Roger is very friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response.I intend to continue renting here for the remainder of my years in Houston. Would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Wonderful experience Jose is a great guy to do business with. I got a front load Samsung washer and dryer set and was blown away be the awesome service that was so quick! Highly recommend!

Him a sahm and he knew the importance of having my washer! & also being safe and protected from scams! He was able to provide me with references as well as reviews! That’s not the best part he made it to my home within 24 hours and knew his stuff my washer is now like new and I’ll never use anyone else! Thank you Jose!!!!!!

I love this company my experience with Josè was absolutely perfect. He came in very kind, got straight to business and fixed my problem in no time he's quick and affordable. My washer is now fixed and works good as new SM Appliance Repair is my new go to company and I will be referring him.

I don't take the time to post reviews often but when I feel a company has exceeded my expectations I will. The reason I decided to even give this company a chance was because when I called he genuinely tried to troubleshoot over the phone before coming out. That impressed me because it was clear they were honest. He did have to come out had all the right tools, knew his profession and got the job done. He even put on another hose as a courtesy to make sure the washer was running optimum. Quick timing was important as we have young toddlers, we wash clothes often! So professional and courteous definitely recommend!!

So, I was having issues with my washer and googled for three days trying to figure it out because I’m a “Do it myself kind of guy”. I never figured it out. So I call Mr Jose with questions - a lot of them. He sent me everything he could possibly send. This man FaceTimed me trying to help me out at least 10 times, again knowing I wanted to do it without paying anyone to do something I physically could. This man spend and hour at least messaging, FaceTiming, and talking to me. He tried everything he knew to do - even things I couldn’t find on the Internet.

Jose I’m sorry I told everybody that you spent so much time trying to help me out but I do appreciate it a lot. I hope you don’t turn into a call-center LOL

If your at home are having a problem with one of your appliances, give this guy a call. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for all that he put into it without asking for a dollar for his time even though we narrowed it down to that it was broken and needed a part, but this guy did everything he could.

I normally don’t leave reviews for people, but this guy Jose really took the time that he could’ve spent with his family late at night trying to get me up and going again, and that’s the kind a guy that you want to hire to work for you in your home. I own a pest control company and he wouldn’t even except a pest control treatment for free as a barter for his time on phone.

Now please don’t blow this guy up trying to get him to help you like I did, but he will give you advice.

I highly recommend Jose to anyone needing his service.
