Every coach pushes you, knows yours strengths and points out your weaknesses. Which you’d think is bad to only talk about your faults, but they focus on that to make you better, stronger “like bear”. I can’t say enough recommendation to this gym, this sport, and these people. -

(November 8, 2022, 9:56 am)Great coaches that help all experience levels get better. I started earlier this year and was incredibly out of shape and had never done kickboxing/BJJ/MMA. This gym pushed me physically and mentally and I have seen significant progress. Every class is different and its a great group of people.

Every class left him glad he had been there. All the students and staff are welcoming and treat you like family. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend for anyone.

(October 8, 2020, 12:13 pm)I came into the gym with no experience whatsoever. The coaches and staff made me feel comfortable but they also challenged me to push myself, work hard, and grow. My kids also train here. Their instruction is top-notch and they have tons of fun. Great family atmosphere, but serious when it comes to putting in that work!
