(May 16, 2021, 8:42 pm)I was in search of a cleaners that does zipper repair and found this one close by. The staff here is very warm and accommodating. Jennifer does a wonderful job of communicating with you about any concerns and the owner has a wealth of knowledge to help you take care of your items. They did such an excellent job on replacing the zipper on my pants and a button on my shorts, I came back to have a double zipper installed on my leather jacket. They matched it perfectly and did the job in a fairly reasonable time. I was very impressed with the workmanship.

(March 4, 2021, 12:39 pm)This new management is AWESOME. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They communicate with me EVERY time when my clothes are ready. If I ever need to contact them, they are available and ready to help. Their attention to detail is supreme.
As some background, I used to live and work in the Stafford area. Hence why I started using this location a couple years back. Now that I have moved and work downtown, I STILL make the drive - mostly for the service. I heavily recommend them!
