Mrs. Grogan is absolutely amazing and looks at the patient in a holistic way before she even prescribes a medication. She is also extremely caring and tries to get to the root of the issue. Everytime I have a visit with her, it is a thorough assessment and it feels like a therapy appointment as well. I believe this is important and a medical professional needs to ask about diet or exercise etc. She gives tips and advice on how to navigate life so her patients can live their best stable life.
Sherry is amazing. I completely trust her with my treatment. She is very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and caring. Something important to me is to feel like I am being heard and that’s exactly how I feel with Sherry. The receptionists are great. I’ve never had a problem with anyone. The appointment reminders are helpful. The overall environment is very welcoming. I drive almost an hour to come here and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I definitely recommend Synapse Psychiatry.
