Everything and everyone was fine... especially loved the breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were great too...only one negative...the water pressure in bathroom SINKS only was low....but the showers were invigorating!!...
Had two rooms side by side...same issue with the sinks, other than that....wonderful!

Hands down one of the cleanest/nicest hotels to stay at in Cypress. We had to make an unexpected last minute reservation when the city replaced all of our power lines in our community; we booked a King suite with a pullout couch. It was perfect for two adults and two small kiddos. Spacious, easy to book, exceptionally priced for accommodations, great counter service, lobby looks impeccably clean and smells AMAZING. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of pillows on the bed, and the bathroom was actually clean compared to most hotels. Highly recommend staying here.

WOW WHAT CHANGE THIS PLACE HAS GONE THROUGH SINCE LAST YEAR!!!! We have stayed here many times over the past 4 years. The last 3 years the quality of service was steadily dropping but the price was right so we returned. Things started looking less than clean and the customer service was lacking at best and that was if anyone was at the front desk at all.... I'm not sure what changed between last April when we last stayed here and this past weekend but WOW! My room was so clean! The breakfast attendants both days were all three so friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff made us feel like family. I don't remember her name maybe Sheryl or Carol I think she was a manager of some kind she was so friendly so warm as was Jacory! I had interactions with one housekeeper too and she was just as friendly! She asked how we were and if we needed anything at all. Really the entire staff interaction made us so comfortable this trip. We'll be back in Cypress a few times this year. We will definitely be staying here! Great job to whoever is behind this transformation! This exceeded any hotel stay we have ever experienced. Keep up the great work!

Check in process was fast and night clerk was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very "firm" so if you are not accustomed to that it could be a long night. Coffee available in the lobby was outstanding and breakfast had a typical variety of hot and cold items. I was surprised to find turkey sausage on the bar and seeing that I don't eat pork it was a very pleasant surprise. Check out was as quick as the check-in. Finding the location could pose trouble to some as it is back behind a strip shopping / business center and our maps program kept trying to take us in a way that did not exist. Overall, it was wonderful experience and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you!!

This place is amazing. We stayed in the extended king and it was not much more than a regular room cost and it was so nice and huge. The staff was amazing everything was clean and of course u can’t forget the delicious breakfast. It was just perfect
