I just want to say how pleasant my agent, Alan Inman, made the whole process of changing my auto and home owners insurance. And before any one questions, no we are NOT related in any way. Just happy coincident. He cut my auto insurance bill in half for the exact same coverage I was getting from Travelers Ins and also dropped my home owners insurance by $1000/year for the same coverage I had with Universal Insurance of North America. He as prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. He met with me in person, at a time that was suitable for me, and explained everything in detail. I noted that J.D. Powers had given them their highest ratings for several years running and I understand why.

I am very pleased and would refer family or friends to this insurance company. As a matter of fact, I just referred my own mother to them.
