(March 20, 2023, 10:48 pm)I believe this location may have opened recently as there were upwards of a dozen monitor boxes spread across the floor near the ordering area. The lady that took my order was polite which she seemed a little stressed, which also led me to believe the location was somewhat new.
It would have been nice to have someone come to the table to refill our drinks, but at the same time there was no one else working the front to really do that. It really felt like there should have been a second person in the front given how many people you could see and hear working in the kitchen.
It took a little longer than I expected to receive my food, but all the food I ordered was made correctly and it was really good. I did find myself having to steal the ketchup from the table next to me though. Again, that would have probably been avoided if there would have been someone else working the front along with the lady at the register. -

(May 8, 2021, 5:14 am)We moved to Houston last year and yesterday was our first time to try Smash Burger. Greatest burgers and fries for a fast food establishment. The new brisket burger was unbelievable. I'd like to add, the manager was in the dining room and was very nice and I could tell his staff loved him, very clean place.
