The Establishment at 1800 Apartments

I visited the office with a family member who lives at this complex. We had the pleasure of working with a new manager named Amanda. She was so professional. It impressed me that she stood up to greet us and shook our hands and was able to answer all of my niece's questions and resolve any issues she had. It is a pleasure to be able to work with someone who does such a nice job and seems like a great addition to their team.

By far one of the friendliest of staff you could have for any need that comes about. Day to day I see my very own landlord (Lacey) working hard ensuring us tenants have all of our trivial and most complex situations taken care of. Hands down the Establishment is a great complex for a kid friendly/family environment.

Came in to view the property and was impressed and shocked because the pictures online aren’t up to date with all of the improvements and renovations taking place at these apartments. I felt comfortable touring the property and can definitely See myself living here. The staff was really sweet and helpful with the whole process of moving in. If you are considering moving here definitely stop by and take a look for yourself!

This property is very safe and very clean which are the first things that stood out to me upon moving. I wasn’t sure at first and didn’t want to make any hasty decisions at the first apartment complex I stopped at but after speaking and talking to the property manager and assistant manager I felt right at home. They convinced me to want to move in right that day. I spoke with residents and they assured me that this was the place for me and my son. After moving in I had to totally agree! Great management and a wonderful place to be.

Stopped by the leasing office today after seeing the new renovations and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and the manager Daniel is really funny and inviting. Tracee and Marcus are a great support and the team as a whole are doing great things. I have been in the area for over 20 years and I have never seen the property change this drastic in such a short amount of time. The owner should be excited to have them apart of this journey. Thanks for making me feel at home.
