The property is well kept and is close to many amenities…including private gate access to Terry Hershey Park. The staff in the front office are terrific and I could not praise them more for all of the hard work and great service they provide for current and potential residents!

(January 18, 2023, 12:26 pm)The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful, but the buildings are a bit older with lots of problems. Especially in the past year, a lot of issues with the water not working or with the floors being thin, so easy to hear upstairs neighbors. But apartment floor plans have a lot of room and is in a good location, is worth taking a look at.

(September 14, 2022, 3:36 am)I will say that i love these apartments. Wish i didnt have to move due to rent increase not being worth the price considering the parking situation is horrible. Paying 1500+ Renewed price and not being able to park on the complex is not worth it. However i will say that the parking situation has gotten to this worsened point over the last year of 2021-2022. Had no issues in the first year 2020. Quiet community. Besides two mishaps of a guy shooting in the air and a domestic situation. Would have loved to stay honestly.maintenance was always quick.
