The Vosswood Nursing Center

Valero is almost always the fastest place I go..A fill up and windshield wash.. and I'm outta there. 😏
Once in a great while.. they are busy.. but they move pretty fast. And the pumps are usually clean.

After visiting multiple places I came to Vosswood expecting more of the same that I kept finding in these facilities.
Dirty, depressing places. People working there that just did not seem to care about the patience much less about their jobs!
I what I found at Vosswood, was 180 degrees different.
I just could not believe how caring Christina Wiser was. And the interesting thing was it wasn't just her it was everyone. From the physical therapist lady down to the doctor on contract with them to the individual nurses and LVNs who took care of Mom. Because, I know when she first got there she was out of it. Having spent so much time in the hospital. All she wanted to do was sleep. And the neat thing about it was they let her get enough sleep every day. I never ever went there and saw anything that needed to be checked on. Her room was clean, her sheets were clean, and she had plenty of water to drink. I showed up one time when she was eating dinner. The food was very good. I must say the organization running this skilled center really has the right people in charge. You can call it what you want retirement center, skilled nursing center, nursing home. Everywhere I went was extremely clean and everyone was excellently looked after. Yes, all of my visits were surprise visits. And that was the cool thing about this. Christina said I could show up anytime. I can definitely tell you they beat any facility I went to hands down. Thank you for treating my mother like she was your mother. All of you!

My experience with the Vosswood has always been very positive. The administration is always very helpful and welcoming. This is one of the nicest Skilled nursing facilities I have visited. I am very impressed with all their team especially Amber Pereida, who is always very helpful and is very knowledgeable with everything related to Skilled nursing. If you are ever in need of Rehab, you should definitely give them a call!

I spent week 3 and 4 after bypass surgery at vosswood. The staff gave me decent care. Physical Therapy was very usefull. My body was undergoing very large changes. I was not a fully rational patient. I improved a lot under their care. I was glad to escape the hospital. Thank you.

Got no complaints here. They always have what i go in for, never that packed, and staff is always awesome!
