Dwayne was thorough in doing preventive upkeep on my two heat pumps. He kept me informed at each stage and was personable. He is the best HVAC repairman I have ever had! Thanks, Dwayne, for your great work.

Replaced failed conventional gas water heater with new one. Next day service. Moved unit to a different location, with disaster pan and expansion tank. Lots of copper water pipe work, duct work, and some gas line work. Expensive, but worth it. Dan did a clean job. It ended up looking much better than I had anticipated.

I contacted Safe Aire to get a repairman to look at my air conditioner. Barry arrived and and was able to assess the problem He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to explain everything in layman’s terms, which I appreciated. Austin also came out at a later date to service my unit. He was friendly and professional, and I was very impressed that he took the extra step to put on shoe covers before entering my house. Way to go, Safe Aire!

We received a quote for installation of a mini split HVAC system. We have not decided who to go with yet. I am giving feedback about our estimator's visit only. Our estimator was Taylor. He was on time and with a professional appearance. He was personable and had wonderful communication skills. He was thorough in his measurements and in his explanations and in his quotation and the reasons for it. He requested us for feedback and discussed details of our needs. I would endorse him to anyone who needs a quote on an HVAC system.

5/20/2022 received Red Carpet checkup on my Ac unit from Darryl Bennet .Darryl is a knowledgeable professional technician. He explained some things to me that are easy to do to service keep my unit running for years to come which others in the past had never mentioned. I will follow his recommendations. Darryl is a nice down to earth person and I awfully recommend him .
