Lovely older gentlemen helped me run a code for check engine. Woman at the counter ignored me and spoke to another employee. I waited and this lovely man greeted me, asked if I'd been assisted and then assisted me. He gets 5 stars, she gets zero.

KOBE provided 5 star customer service this morning, he installed the regular battery and the auxiliary battery on my van, he went beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this Autozone location. The customer service was outstanding. God Bless the Autozone staff.
