Heidi is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. She is passionate about helping people achieve their physical goals. My three children 17,16 &13 have been training with Heidi for a couple months and have all shown improvement in their strength mobility and athletic performance. We have worked with many different trainers and Heidi is at the top of our list.

My son has been coming to the Metal Chapter Performance with Heidi and Barry and let me just say hands down the best personal trainer team and facility we have been too. Equipment and facility nice and clean and trainers care about your kids health and especially safety. Thank you for pushing my son further than he thought he could go. Changing his mindset from cannot to cans. He lost a lot of body fats from 30s to now in his 20s %. But most of all he loves going to the facility to workout because he says he has fun and have lots of energy afterwards.i forgot to mentioned my son is in baseball and since he's been doing conditioning with Heidi and Barry, his hitting and pitching have more power to it. he's hitting dingers and running faster as well.

Your search is over! As a parent of a Multi-sport child, We have tried various Speed and performance coaches within all within a particular sport (soccer, baseball, football). They helped but only on certain aspects of the game.

The Metal Chapter has it down to a science. The way they treat each person is treated and evaluated, a specific program for that individual takes the sport out of it and works on the fundamentals and mechanics which translate to being a better athlete. This approach accelerated our sons’ abilities on and off the football field, the baseball diamond and the soccer pitch.

He not only has a better understanding of how to use his body but has grown mentally stronger, an healthier person and an amazing athlete.

Heidi is an overall incredible person. Her coaching skills are fluent with the type of person she is - encouraging, kind and not afraid to give you a nudge in a new direction and perspective.
