Have been going to this gym for about 2 months now and it has been really great! Obviously some minor changes like a little bit more duplicates of handles for machines and more machine duplicates and improvements, like a conventional hack squat and t bar row machine, in order to combat more crowded times. Nonetheless, the staff has been very friendly, there is still a great selection of equipment, the place is cleaned regularly , and the open 24 hours is truly great. Great gym to get started on and work on your goals.

This place is amazing, especially with the new management! The cleanliness is top tier, for a commercial gym.

New management staff is great. Upon receiving a membership in August 2022, I noticed that there were some inconsistencies with the gym (Lack of cleaning supply, motivational quotes, membership process). However in recent months there has been major improvement. The gym is more organized with automatic tissue dispensers within the gym and bathrooms. I also see the manager sometimes rerack weights, clean the mirrors, clean the floor, etc. There are also motivational quotes and a vending machine in the gym as well. It is the little things that go a long way so I can tell now that the gym is being taken care of in well mannered fashion.

In terms of the gym itself, it has all the basic equipment to meet workout requirements. There are a variety of dumbbell weights as well as bars. I like how there are multiple squat racks and adjustable rails to do different workouts. Overall it is a nice small environment to have a workout.

I recently joined this gym and have really enjoyed it. The atmosphere, staff, weights, etc. are all conducive to providing a great work out. Pricey for a small gym but worth it. Very clean and 24 hours. Staff takes the time to listen to your goals and concerns if any. I feel like I’m in the right place and have the support I need to reach my goals. I’m obsessed with the app because it lets you know how many people are currently at the gym.

Great gym! The staff is helpful when you are new to working out. They guide you when needed. People at the gym say hello, which is cool. The classes are included with your membership! I found that super useful.
