My husband and I just moved to Dellrose, and VanMor Properties handles our HOA. We chose a company to put in a stamped concrete patio and thought we had longer to get our architectural changes reviewed, but yesterday our contractor called and said they had someone cancel for today! I called VanMor & left a panicked message for Margie, quickly filled out their form, scanned it, and emailed it. Margie emailed me within an hour saying as soon as she had payment she could process it. I had the check to her as the office closed for lunch (12:30-1). By 1:30 pm we had our approval. Margie was super helpful, quick, responded right away and absolutely made our day. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service!

Love the new showroom. It's in a convenient location, surrounded by mature trees. The building's many windows lets in loads of natural light. Beautiful.... can't wait to return!

Took a while to get unloaded, but it was only because the guys were doing their jobs correctly... They offered a me coffee and breakfast snacks. I felt like I was their co worker, not just some driver delivering something to them... Parking lot was tight though.

Debner came in to our offices to build out some cubicles and their service was top notch! We double checked everything to make sure the invoice was perfect and correct! Would definitely recommend and definitely use again!

The first was to design and source products for a $42M build out of 200,000 sq ft of commercial office space - the design and execution were flawless. The subsequent times were to develop creative solutions to overcome space challenges - all a perfect fit for our needs. I have continued to receive exemplary service and competitive pricing from this established organization. And, I really like the people and look forward to working with them all again!
