Called Vertex and spoke with them about issues I am having with my brand new RV. They came over and got 100% completed in just a few hours as well as spotted a lot of manufacture defects.
They took pictures and showed us everything they found. They wanted us to know the issues we could face in the near future. They went above and beyond. Great service, excellent communication and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all of our needs

Very happy with the work completed in a timely manner. They were great workers and communicators. I will definitely do business with them again. After dealing with many unprofessional RV repair companies, this company was a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively bc they fixed our black tank issues!) 😝 They were quick to get our problems fixed when another RV company couldn’t fix it (even tho they charged for it) and they were very professional. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Don’t waste your time and money at other places, use these guys!
