Jamil was very helpful and awesome sales guy. Had some lovely conversation with him and he gave us some great suggestion while selecting the furniture for the entire home. We are foodies so trying new spots is the norm for us. This place far exceeded my expectations. When I tell you the food is ridiculously good, I am not lying!!! First of all the beignets are amazing, not quite New Orleans, but definitely flavorful and cooked to perfection. The wings are HUGE and seasoned nicely, all I needed was 2. I got plain waffles cause I didn't want to ruin the taste and they were delicious. The lady behind the counter, Ms. Carla was super cool and inviting as well as the rest of the staff. I will be coming back and definitely will refer my friends and family. Add this place to your list of must visit in Houston!!!

My chicken and waffles were awesome! I had the banana nut with wings and a strawberry lemonade mimosa. My belly is full & I'm lit! TT and Jordan had great customer service. I can't wait to come back. Also I loved the complimentary beignets!

JD was awesome! He greeted me when I first walked in and listened to my needs without being overbearing. He helped me shrink a big showroom ensemble down to scale for my small apartment. He never once said something would cost extra or was not in ‘the package’, and he didn’t try to push items- he invited me to walk around the store while he checked availability for the main items. He has a great sense of humor and was not condescending or patronizing. All of this made me feel respected and comfortable throughout the transaction. I would definitely shop Rooms to Go again, especially the Cypress, TX store! And ask for JD!

Jamil was incredible! We have worked with him multiple times specifically asking for him by name due to his incredible knowledge, rapport, and customer service. Highly respectful, provides all options, and demonstrates genuine desire to help. Anyone looking for furniture I highly recommend working with him even if it’s a drive. He is not high pressure sales. All around amazing experience and a perfect example of what all look for when purchasing furniture.

I recently purchased furniture from a very helpful salesman, Jamil. He assisted me with my online order and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. He's made himself very available to any assistance I've needed and has made my purchasing process very easy for me. I ran into a few issues during the checkout process but Jamil made sure I was fully taken care of. Brought my family here for the first time. Tazea working the front counter made us feel very welcome. She provided awesome customer service. I was not sure about trying out the chicken with my waffle, but her confidence in her product got me to try it. Boy was it delicious. Their batter has such good flavor. Made my meal complete. Waffles were just great. I definitely recommend this place. By the way, my two kids ate for FREE! They enjoyed it!

I had planned to eat at Wafflez n Creamz after hearing about it when the owner spook at my university. He'd mentioned some of the menu items and my mouth immediately started watering; a quick Google search provided pictures that only exacerbated my hunger.

I finally made it out this afternoon after son's soccer practice. I decided a visit would serve as a reward for a good season. Enough setup:

When we arrived, Wafflez n Creamz was not at all crowded; we were the only patrons and the girls immediately welcomed us and offered help as we'd mentioned it was our first visit. My little guy was offered a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult meal, which is a pretty sweet offer. We ended up with a free half birthday cake waffle and sizeable chicken strip valued at $7.99. I ordered a two-piece chicken and waffle, electing to have a red velvet waffle.

As we sat, we were given complementary beignets; they were freshly made, warm, soft, fluffy, and delicious. My chicken was very juicy with a crispy breading that I eagerly obliterated. The waffle was also soft and fluffy with chocolate chips melting on top.

The servings are very generous and at a very decent price even before the free kid's plate.

Wafflez n Creamz is black owned and it felt good to support a local business. I absolutely recommend eating here; there are plenty of delicious options on the menu and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had an absolutely amazing experience!!! Me and my daughter order the chicken and waffles meals. She order the Birthday cake waffle and I order the Red Velvet Waffle. The meals were Outstanding!!! Chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience! Would recommend this as one of the best places in Houston to get Chicken n Waffles!!!
