(January 24, 2023, 12:01 am)I was able to find this location to store my goods thanks to Gladys who assisted me at another location after inquiring about indoor storage for my goods (clothes and most electronics might not weather Houston heat and humidity so well).
Upon arrival at this location, the cheerful and attentive Cyan gave me the information and showed me around the complex regarding possible places to store my items on the premises. After being advised and upon further inspection I realized the locks here are the same price as most other locations (a bonus is not having to drive to that location to purchase a more expensive lock only to discover it's the wrong size....not that I did that).
The premises are well guarded, with good hours, and drainage management which is a real concern in Houston. Would definitely recommend -

I evaluated Gladys performance overall as an employer. First, her greeting and attitude came with a smile and enthusiasm to deliver excellent customer service. Her commit mental to follow through provide detailed information was excellent. She remain thorough in the process of me renting space. I was in a business transition and she understood the urgent nature of my expectations and worked with me in a positively cooperative style to meet the deadlines. My sincere hope is these comments are viewed and appreciated by management to recognize the quality and talented at CubeSmart.

Dr. Emran made my husband feel so comfortable and made his visit go very well. I highly recommend Dr. Emran! Thank you so much!!
