Called to get an emergency assistance for my car as I managed to lock myself outside... I called and gave all the information to the operator over the phone. 5 minutes later the technician called me to verify the information about my location, situation and urgency. During the time I spent waiting I felt like someone is doing his best to come all the way and help me. In person this technician was as expected. Nice, goal oriented and also funny!

He could have done a poor job on an already failing door, but kept it real and pointed out all the problems and told me to look into replacing the door. He didn't gain in any way, he could have just done the job, gotten paid and left. Instead he was happy to forgo the job to make sure I'd be happy in the long run.
