    Yes, the owners are less than friendly. (You would be less than friendly, too, if you had to spend 30 years working in sweatbox conditions, to clean the clothes of ingrateful people.) But they do clean the clothes thoroughly, and they finish on time. I honestly don't care anymore that they are not personable or sociable - I go there to have my clothes cleaned, not to spend time with a friend. If you want a pleasant, enjoyable experience, go someplace else. If you want cheap, thorough dry cleaning, go to this place.
