Masood showed up early to our appointment and completed a thorough walk through with me to provide me the final quote on the work completed. It was absolutely in line with the amount quotes on the phone - no “surprises”!

He got to work right away and completed the job with care and consideration, noting a couple of what I thought were stubborn stains that he was able to lift off the carpet.

He provided clear directions on when I should walk on the carpet and was a consummate professional. From booking to cleaning, the process was clear and easy. I’m delighted with the service and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Alex did a wonder job with cleaning our carpet. I give him a 10/10 at first I was a little hesitant but I really love how clean he was able to make my carpet. Superior customer service very polite and responsive to all of my questions.
