I’ve known the owner for years. He fixed my granny’s vacuums. Sold them and did her sewing machine repairs too. If he can’t find a part he will tell you and you can decide if you want to let him keep it for parts (I’ve done this many times ). Turn around time isn’t quick as he has a ton of “patients in the hospital “(vacuums and sewing machines). He fixes my Riccars often and other brands as well . He also sells bags and other things you need like pest control products. I can understand him just fine and he’s very friendly.

They are very knowledgeable and very helpful, I took my old trusty sewing machine to get repaired but it wasn’t repairable , they offered a trade in and $100.00 discount on a new one. I didn’t get a new one only because I have 3 other working machines one being a year old. I also got a part I needed for my other machine there at a very reasonable price

Went here to get my sewing machine fixes which is very expensive, I took the machine in on a holiday weekend and it was fixed that Monday. It was not too expensive. He was very nice and explained how my machine should work and how to thread it correctly. He did have an accent but I understood him, I don't know why people said he is rude, he was not to me. He fixed my machine for way less than another would have charged.
