Yousef and Ali took great care of me! I love my new fridge and W/D set. The delivery was quick and efficient. They delivery guys showed up on time, hooked everything up and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. If you’re looking for the best prices in Houston, just go here! Don’t waste all of your gas driving all over the city like I did 🙃

Amazing Customer Service! Amazing Deals, and very fast Delivery! I bought a SofaBed, and it’s delivery and assembly was done very professionally! Excellent quality and Durable, gave me a great deal on the mattresses as well very nice and firm. I’m very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be shopping for my furniture here again!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I bought a bed, sofa set, refrigerator, and washer & dryer set from here and I have to say I didn’t expect this place to be so much better than other major retailers! Their prices were lower, the owners dealt with me directly, and the delivery process was seamless! I got EVERYTHING DELIVERED & SETUP THE VERY SAME DAY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Extremely grateful for all the time and hassle I saved. Definitely coming back soon!

Highly recommend! So grateful for my experience with Empire Appliances & Furniture! I stopped by yesterday for a washer and dryer (Sunday), I found the one I wanted but noticed it had the same price at Best Buy. I brought it to Ali’s attention and he said- “we’ll beat it!” I was appreciative of his great customer service and how knowledgeable he is. He mentioned that they had furniture inside and said he would do a bundled discount! I bought my living room set- the sofas are so comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I also wanted a stool but he explained it came together with the table - he gave me such a competitive price I couldn’t turn it down! Then he tells me he could drop it off the very next day and indeed he did, personally! I would much rather invest in a family owned business than give my $$$ to Best Buy or any other large retailer for that matter. Empire has excellent prices, selection, quality pieces and fast, reliable and tremendous customer service PLUS no assembly required. The delivery service was a steal. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. After dragging my feet on purchasing items for my new home, I’m truly inspired and looking forward to buying my bedroom furniture from them and sharing my positive experience with others. Thank you!!
