Andre Valencia deserves much recognition!! We had gone fishing and on the way home tired, had a flat tire. Even though there was a wait, Andre went above and beyond to put on our spare tire!!! He had us out of there in about 20 minutes!! He should be a store manager with his great work ethic and customer service!!! Because of his great service, we bought 4 new tires from Discount the next weekend!!! My compliments to a great team member (that should be a manager) Andre Valencia!!! You provide great customer service and really make Discount Tire look good!!!!

I got a flat tire that was unable to be repaired and I needed my car to be back in service quickly. Another tire place quoted 10-15 business days to get replacement tires. Discount Tire had the same tires in stock, was able to fit me in immediately, and got me back on the road in no time. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Would recommend.

Best experience ever at a tire place. It was so easy, I kept asking “is that it, is that everything?” Brett was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about what tire brands would be best and what I could do within my budget. He stayed within my budget. He was patient, funny and kind. He gave me options with enough information to help us make a sound decision. I didn’t leave feeling like I was taken advantage of. The price was really good as well. Beat everywhere else I called even 24hr tires. Hey and they give a 6 yr warranty. The wait time was reasonable. I think we were there less than an hour on a busy Saturday afternoon; and they drove my car out to the front of the building for me.
I plan to refer my patients and whoever I know who may need tires straight to him. I didn’t feel like they were trying to up-sale me like Firestone does. I’m so thankful I called and scheduled an appointment.

Stopped in close to closing time, and was not let down. They helped me out and recommended many options for my tire issues.
Shout out to Bret in particular. He helped me out getting back onto the road safely and sent me home with quotes and a plan moving forward. He takes pride in his job and is a serious asset to the company.

Service at Discount Tire in
Pearland on Broadway was impeccable. The guys there are always polite and professional. At 7:15 am, I caught a flat tire while driving on the freeway and called Roadside Assistance. While tow driver was replacing with a spare I called Discount Tire to see if they could get me in to replace my tire. They told me to come on in. I arrived around 07:45 and by 08:10, my new Tire was replaced and I am driving out at 08:15.
