(February 27, 2023, 4:21 pm)My thermostat had been powering off. I requested an appointment on Sunday and Sunday afternoon Jeannette called me to schedule an appointment the next day. Received a courtesy call to say the driver was 30 minutes out so I could meet him at my home. John has been to my home before for service calls and regular maintenance on my AC unit. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes a lot of pride in his work and represents Airpro well. I'm so glad I chose Airpro to install my AC unit. Great customer service from the ladies the ladies in the office to the technicians.

They went the extra mile when they had to adapt to accommodate condition created when connecting new to old. My opinion it is that i have received high value at a reasonable price.
