I was able to locate the vehicle I was interested in online and made an inquiry to the dealership. Roy Vallejo followed up quickly to see if I had any questions and to let me know the vehicle was available. When I arrived he quickly set me up for a test drive and made the entire purchasing process short and sweet. I think this is one of the shortest times I have had at a dealership and I really appreciated that and the fact that I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to make a purchase. Great experience! Would definitely buy another vehicle here.

Hands down the easiest car buying experience ever. I did almost everything completely online, they gave me top dollar for my trade in, and just had to go to the dealership to sign the papers. I was in and out in about 45 min. Chris Hernandez was amazing to work with and super attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend Chris and Archer to everyone! 5 stars for sure!

Archer is a friendly, and personable. I went to them, for service on my Passat. The dealer in which I purchased it from, made me feel like they were done after the sale. I ran into a warranty repair issue, that I couldn’t get addressed, at the other dealership; and called, Archer and they were able to repair it, and provided a loaner, so I could get to and from work. Little did I know, it was gonna be ready the same day. No issues since then. Moving forward; they have gained a life-time customer.

We bought a new Taos at Archer VW and are very happy. See Diego to assist you in sales. We went to drive a hard to find Tiguan and weren’t in love so Diego recommended we try the Taos even though it has slightly less horsepower. It is also 9” shorter and lighter. It ended up feeling sportier than the Tiguan which we did like. We decided it met our needs and the management was very flexible and made us a great overall deal. Finance department has an all digital touch screen process, which really sped things up! I would recommend the team at Archer VW.

My experience is great, they matched carmax offer. I test drive a VW car, trade in my current one, get finance approval, finished the paper work, and left the dealer. The whole process was flawless and quick. In 2 hours I was out with my new car.
Thanks also to Habib, he is a great sales guy who followed up on the same to make sure all is good.
