(February 17, 2023, 2:08 pm)Love working out here! You have true 24 hour access to the gym. The equipment is up to date and in good condition. The employees and trainers are nice and helpful. There aren't teenagers hogging the machines like at other gyms! So glad I switched to the gym and would recommend it to anyone.

They have a diverse set of coaches that can help you no matter what your fitness goals! Not just your same old personal trainers. Awesome equipment and most importantly very very clean!

(January 6, 2023, 9:51 am)This gym is amazing! It has a great selection of machines, including machines not found in big corporate gyms. It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Alan the owner is awesome! You can tell that all the people that work out there really love him.
