Genuinely one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time, the class was intense, fun and he was very knowledgeable when it came to helping me improve my form and push myself harder.

Would recommend this place 100x over, most definitely coming back.

I recently joined kickboxing classes with coach Tien, I love it! I really enjoy the atmosphere and how he makes you feel comfortable even when it’s the first time trying it. I really recommend to stop by and try it out!

I came here with my wife to try cardio kickboxing. Instructor Tien was very welcoming and accommodating for us since this was our first time trying kickboxing.

The workout and training session felt intense but definitely manageable even for us novices. Overall, it was a great experience and I can definitely recommend his class for people of all levels.

This is a great place to get started with any fitness journey. The studio is a welcoming place and Coach Tien is very encouraging regardless of what your skill set is. I started without any experience. The procedures have been explained very well and I have never felt rushed to learn. These classes are similar to having your own private coach! I have seen fitness gains within 2 weeks. The kid classes are also a lot of fun! They incorporate games and challenges along with the regular training. My girls love it!

This place is fantastic and I learned a lot during my intro class for kickboxing. The coach and staff are both friendly and helpful. I feel more motivated to improve myself and will definitely sign up. I do recommend going here.
