Britton replaced one of my builder grade toilets last year, along with servicing/flushing my hot water heater. They did a great job, so I used them again this year for the same services. They did great again! Easy to work with, very detailed and thorough, and very responsive. Highly recommend if you’re in need of plumbing services!

They have great prices and are one of the most professional small businesses I've dealt with. I had several jobs I needed done: Install a second line off the water main at the street up to my house for a sprinkler system, install an elaborate water passthrough for a new hard water salt free conditioner and whole house water filtration system, and the sheet rock repair! They have very competitive prices, but more importantly, they did an amazing job on all these projects. It's a family that runs this business and I would highly recommend.

Britton Waterworks Plumbing is an outstanding plumbing service company. During the recent winter storm that hit Houston for Christmas 2022, I contacted Britton. I immediately felt at ease with the staff and they assured me that they would take care of my issues and that they would do their best to accommodate my budget. Britton Waterworks performed everything they promised to do on time and to a very high standard. Moreover, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

Britton Plumbing did a fantastic job of repairing a broken pipe. Not only were they prompt and responsive to my initial inquiries, they were eager to help. Techs Cordell and Tony took great care and had attention to detail when performing the work. I will not hesitate to use and recommend Britton moving forward.

My family was out of town when an outside pipe burst during the deep freeze. Britton was the second plumber I called. Zelena asked me questions about what was going on (the first plumber I called didn’t even ask), gave me an accurate estimate quickly (I was expecting to be price gouged because of the weather, but it was a lot less then I thought it would be), and then took the time to reassure me everything would be fine because she could hear the stress in my voice. She gave me a 3 hour window, but the plumbers rolled up in 30 minutes and completed the job quickly. These people were my heroes that day!
