I truly value the service that I get from Chance Perry State Farm. I work regularly with Angel for my insurance needs. She is extremely helpful and has taken away the burden I previously felt from dealing with insurance matters. She adds a personal touch to everything that she does and I truly feel that she cares about her customers. Adrian is awesome as well. I will definitely exclusively deal with Angel, Adrian, and the others in that office for all of my future insurance needs (auto, home, life, etc). It's definitely true that you get what you pay for and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the services and feedback that I get from my State Farm agents.
I have used State Farm for so many years now, and would never switch. I have been in situations where they have saved me so much money. I know that State Farm has a reputation for being more expensive, but let me tell you- the customer service and claims handling makes up for it ten thousand times! If you need insurance, please ask for Maricela S. She will get you the policy you need and help you fit it in to your budget. She knows how to explain insurance so anyone can understand it.
