We have contacted KHI multiple times over the last few years, and each time they have provided us with outstanding service. Most recently, they worked with us to clean up water damage from a blocked A/C drain, and they were fantastic. We live in Bonita Springs FL, on the beach, where hurricane Ian delivered a15 foot storm surge through the lower first level of our home.

Kevin and the KHI team were awesome. They were prompt, efficient and effective in remediating our significant hurricane damage. They set the standard here in SW FL for how to proactively approach a disaster of this magnitude. While many neighbors were still trying to figure out next steps, our home was properly assessed, remediated and treated. They had the proper expertise, trained personnel and the right equipment to do the work despite the fact that we were without power for 16 days.

KHI did a great job. We had moisture that had accumulated in the air ducts and eventually into the walls from a faulty AC. Through demo to remediation Kevin and his team worked the problem with our insurance company and put our home back together.

We had a plumbing leak in our utility room. We didn’t know what to do so we did a quick search and we called KHI- Restoration. They were onsite and had the mess cleaned up that same day. They also did our construction and boy can I say they exceeded my expectations. The customer satisfaction rating was off the charts. I even got compliments from our insurance carrier of how well they handled my claim. Give these guys a call for any insurance needs you may have.

I had a shower leak KHI responded within a few hours. They took care of the plumbing leak, performed water mitigation and after everything was settled they restored my bathroom back better than I could have ever imagined. They worked extremely well with my insurance carrier and I have to say their communication was top notch. Would 110% recommend
