Elite Disaster Restoration Content Team was an EXCELLENT team who worked for me during my disaster in home. When they came in to my home in April - from the time that I met Kyle and team which consists of Bret, Brandon, Josh and Jack and they all took were diligent care of my property. Of course, there were incidents and items broken but, what I LOVE and appreciate was how they seems communicated 100% when there was a incident that happens or if I needed to be aware of anything - the honesty and respect they gave me as a property owner is well noted. We hired Elite Disaster Restoration to restore and repair a rental property that had been severely damaged by the previous tenant. He was a hoarder and the property was in abysmal condition. Almost everything (drywall, flooring, bathrooms, cabinets, paint, plumbing, electrical) in the entire house needed to be replaced. Josh was the project manager and did a fantastic, thorough, and professional job. He made it very easy for us to follow the progress of the repairs by texting photos to us since my wife and I are out of state. The house looks amazing and I commend your company for a job well done.

Amazing response. Very communicative, super professional. A massive tree fell on our home that we just purchased and we’re supposed to move into. One call to Elite Disaster Restoration and they had a team out immediately to evaluate and plan the next steps. Our project manager Kyle arrived on time and assured us he would handle everything. He never missed a beat and was there to help us every step of the way, even pitching in and helping to install the tarp on our roof himself. They had the tree removed from the house with a crane within 48 hours! Brandon also answered every phone call and let me know what and when it was happening. They did an amazing job, no additional damage, and Brandon made us feel as if he actually cared that our new home was damaged and not just about the money. Would recommend to anyone and will be using for personal and business use in the future if the need arises no questions asked.

Don’t count on the insurance adjuster to have much experience most have zero construction knowledge. Hire a independent restoration company Elite Disaster Restoration is fluent from start to completion. Extremely happy with the results

I was told by the insurance adjuster my claim wouldn’t exceed my deductible so I hired Elite. After inspection and proper documents the claim was right at 170k. Without the help of a professional we would of been stuck with a massive mold problem not covered by insurance
