Cortland Lakemont

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maggie in securing my new unit. She made the application and move-in process very easy and stress free. Even when I discovered a minor issue with the new apartment on my move-in date, she was already on top of it and had it resolved quickly which I greatly appreciate. If you are in the market for a new apartment, give Cortland Lakemont a shot!

I thought apartment searching for my first time was going to be impossible, until I came here. Right away, I was shown excellent customer service. Maggie, at the front desk, helped me through the entire process and made it super easy. Since then, Cortland has been fantastic. Any requests I put in are immediately completed. The trash is constantly taken up. The facilities are always open and available. Cortland is everything I hoped for, when searching for an apartment.

From the time you walk in the office, the vibes are PHENOMENAL!!! Desmond and Raina greeted us with high energy, and showed so much professionalism. Although it was his first day at this community, he made it seem like he was there for years with all of the knowledge he has shared with us. I definitely am thinking about moving to this apartment community because customer service goes a long way, and you cannot find that everywhere. Thanks a lot Cortland Lakemont team. I'll be seeing you very soon!!!

Best apartments i've lived in so far. Super clean and quiet. The staff is awesome and Raina , the community manager, went above and beyond for me during my stay. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for luxury living in the Richmond area look no further — Lakemont has got you covered. Cleanliness, friendliness, and good vibes sums up the resident experience here. We love this place! The other great thing is that it’s conveniently located right next to Westpark Tollway which gives you convenient access to inside Houston. Would highly recommend this to all my friends and family. Most importantly, make sure to ask for Raina when you get there. She will take excellent care of you!
