Brian is honest, fair and always treats me with respect. I had an issue with my Toyota Prius. It needed a brake booster/actuator and I went to several places including the dealer. Everyone quoted me an excessive amount of money to replace this part. I then went to a place close to Brian’s and I won’t say who (Adams Automotive) who stated that the parts that I needed was a two part device each costing 800 dollars with the parts itself costing over 1600. I did my research and found that the part is actually just one piece for a newer model which my car needed. In fact, there is a class action lawsuit against Toyota due to a known problem with this device. I’m so thankful that I went to Brian after that. Not only did he not rush me on getting this fix, he also quoted each item and made it clear what my cost will be. I really appreciated the help from him and his crew. You have a gained a life long customer.
