5 stars isn't enough for Floyd's! Outstanding customer service, excellent work on the vehicle and fair honest pricing. How Carlos came up with the name Floyd's? You have to go and ask. The story will blow your mind!! You cannot go wrong with getting your vehicle serviced here

Carlos and his guys at work at that shop are absolutely fantastic. They're honest and reliable and they do things quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone for basic auto repairs to restorations.

I had a great experience at Floyds Auto Repair on Blalock after I reached out about the lower control arms on my Honda. I had been quoated over $1000.00 for the repair by another shop down the road.
Carlos gave me a much lower quote and told me to bring the car back Monday for the repair.
Monday; after examining my car, Carlos called me and said there was nothing wrong with the lower arm controls.
He was honest, unbiased and provided excellent service. He did not charge me for the diagnosis and was very pleasant.
I highly recommend Floyds Repair Shop and when you go in: ask him how he got the name “Floyds”

When I moved near Floyd's Auto Repair, I never imagined I'd be a slight frequent flyer as my car started to have some hiccups.

I've been to them on 3 separate occasions, and each time the gentlemen there have taken great care of me and gotten me back on the road quickly and affordably.

You cannot go wrong to get work done with Carlos and his crew at Floyd's. He's a true businessman and a caring individual who will do everything he can to help you get back on the road as safe as possible. The community around the shop is very lucky to have such a great mechanic and small business owner.

I will be continuing to get my service work done at Floyd's until I move from my current residence.
