Michael did a great job on setting me up with my ACIW Headache Rack with rails and installing my Decked Tool box on my 2022 Ram 3500 Dually. They also set me up with a B&W Stow & Go hitch. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff. All around great experience. I will defiantly be back to get my next set of accessories installed.

Great experience! I had a receiver hitch and wiring added to my minivan.
Jose was very helpful; I ordered the parts over the phone in the afternoon, and they started working right away the next morning. Everything was great. I priced the same products at a couple of other local places, and Discount Hitch was very competitively priced. I had my baby and toddler with me, but they had a very clean waiting area with clean bathrooms, tv, coffee, and vending machines. Great experience; highly recommend!

Jose and his crew at the newest location on the Katy Freeway are the best. These guys took on a situation that they had seen several times and knew exactly how to correct it. Not only did the install the hitch but the receiver and lock as well. They did all of this in a little over an hour.

The prices there are also great, they beat the other place we had started out at and they could not do what the guys at store #7 did to get our hitch and lights done for a towing package.

So if you ever need a hitch, 5th wheel, cattle guards, bumper guards, even bed covers, go to these guys. they will get the job done right.

Unbelievably easy. I don't know much about hitches or tow bars, I expected this to be a long drawn out process. To my surprise I was swiftly walked through my options and got decent suggestions based off my budget. Discount Hitch in Katy specializes in a personal relationship with their customers.
