    Pros:

    1. He valued our time, he made sure we finish the transaction the right time as my wife need to work in a few.

    2. We did our research to see the trade value of our car, but Cuong made sure that we get the max value which is more than what we expected and made the deal much easier.

    3. No hidden fees, like addons that you don't need, or a hint of taking advantage to get most dollar out of you. He is genuine and caring and he explain to you in simple English.

    Cons:

    1. Luckily on our end none -

    In addition to the extended warranty that they added on the deal, and helpful staff. I would say we have a great experience coming to Jeff Haas.

    Everything is great at Jeff Haas Mazda because of one person Mr. Mouhammad Rahal my salesman, I bought 6 cars from this dealer because of Mr Mouhammad and until now every time I have service for my car he comes and greet me and ask me if I need any help.
